Trash & Recycling
Located at the WEST end of Hamlin Trash Compactors: Only put household garbage in the compactors. Bulk trash, construction debris, appliances, etc. are NOT permitted. Do NOT push the red button unless you have fallen inside the compactor!!!! Recycling Containers: only cardboard, aluminum and plastic. Leaving anything outside of the compactors is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and if caught, you will be fined by the office. THERE IS NO BULK ITEM REMOVAL

Can we put appliances in the trash compactor?
What is the speed limit at Bonita Terra?
It is important to recognize and follow the posted speed limits as well as the other signs for the safety of our residents and visitors. This is a very active community with many golf carts, bikers and walkers. Expect to see them on every street and drive with care.
Also watch the "one way" signs on the canal streets as only ONE car can pass at a time on those roads.
